Privacy Policy

Effective: 18 August 2026Last updated: 28 August 2026

In brief: This site does not use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. Inquiry information is stored in Cloudflare D1 so that we can respond to and manage inquiries, then deleted from the live database 180 days after completion. Access analytics are limited to aggregate information that does not identify individuals.

1. Operator

This website, https://cloudflareos.jp/en/, referred to below as “this site”, is operated by the Cloudflare OS Implementation Support Office, referred to below as “the Office”.

2. Information we collect

This site collects only the following two types of information.

2.1 Information you send when making an enquiry

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, company, email address, inquiry type and message. We also store an inquiry ID, submission, update and completion timestamps, the handling status, an operations note, and delivery status and error codes for email and LINE notifications. We also store technical matching identifiers (the inquiry ID and submission identifier), the submission source (web form), the operations staff member who made an update, and a record version number. An audit history records the operations staff email address for an event, its event time and type, and, for status changes, the status before and after.

Cloudflare Workers validates the submission and stores it in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare Email Routing delivers or forwards the inquiry email to a Google/Gmail inbox. If optional LINE notification is enabled, LINE receives only the inquiry ID, inquiry type and an admin URL; it never receives customer personal information, the message or an operations note.

2.2 Information about site access

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to understand how the site is used. It aggregates information such as pages viewed, referrer, browser type, approximate region and display speed.

This analytics service does not use cookies or collect information that identifies an individual. It produces statistical aggregates and cannot be used to track a specific person.

Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this site, may also record information associated with communications, including IP addresses, temporarily in server logs to maintain security and prevent unauthorised access.

This site does not use cookies for advertising or behavioural tracking. To show the introductory video on the home page only once, the site stores a flag in your browser’s local storage indicating that it has already been displayed. The flag contains no name, email address or other personal information.

Cloudflare, Inc., the hosting provider, may nevertheless set technically necessary security cookies, such as cookies used to assess automated traffic, to prevent malicious access. These are not used to identify users or for advertising.

4. How we use information

We use collected information only for the following purposes.

  • Responding to enquiries and communicating about the subject of an enquiry
  • Communication and coordination required to provide services
  • Improving the site, including display performance and content reviews

We will not use the information for another purpose without your consent. We do not send sales emails unrelated to your enquiry.

5. Third-party disclosure and external services

We do not provide personal information to a third party without the individual’s consent, except where disclosure is required by law.

We use the following external services to operate this site.
